An 18-year-old Miami woman named Penelope found herself in very hot water when she decided to mouth-off to a judge during her sentencing! It seemed she found her bond hearing amusing, after being charged with possession of prescription pills.

Let’s see, she laughed at the judge’s questions, ignored his requests and even gave him the middle finger. You’d think she’d want to be on the judge’s good side! The judge, Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat, found her behavior so unacceptable that he gave her 30 days in jail and increased her fine! Do NOT mess with this guy!!
