A recent photo of Céline Dion has gotten fans concerned for her well-being.

The 51-year-old singer’s team shared a photo on her official Instagram account.

In the picture, Céline is smiling widely while lying on the floor in a black leather skirt and “FOMO” T-shirt.

Her caption says, “F.O.M.O. It means Fear of Missing Out, or does it?”

Like many of Céline’s posts, the photo garnered thousands of comments. Many of the commenters took the time to express concern for the singer’s noticeably thin frame.

“I really think that you are sick… please take care of you,” one wrote. “Celine, you are too skinny,” another agreed.

“I’ve never seen her look this skinny,” one fan said of the photo. “She looks so fragile and looks like her bones can crack with just a touch. [Definitely] something wrong here. Brings back memories of Karen Carpenter. Just saying.”

Hundreds of comments poured in largely reiterating the same point: that Céline looks unhealthy.

While the singer, who recently wrapped up her long-running Las Vegas residency, hasn’t yet responded to this round of commentary about her appearance, she has previously addressed concerns about her weight. She told People in April that her weight loss is due to her busy performance schedule, which includes frequent dancing.

“Dancing has been in my DNA all of my life. It’s a dream. And so hard!” she explained. “I do [ballet practice] four times a week. People say, ‘She’s a lot thinner’ but I’m working hard. I like to move and [weight loss] comes with it.”

Céline’s previous comments in response to the body shamers were markedly less measured and more direct. Speaking about her bolder fashion choices and slimmer physique since turning 50, Céline clapped back at her critics in a January interview with the Sun.

“I’m doing this for me. I want to feel strong, beautiful, feminine and sexy,” she said. “If I like it, I don’t want to talk about it. Don’t bother. Don’t take a picture. If you like it, I’ll be there. If you don’t, leave me alone.”
