They call it “BBQ Bacon Sushi.” I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a dish that seemed so foreign and familiar all at once.
It seems simple enough — between you and me, we’ve probably eaten the three ingredients (bacon, beef, and cheese) already today, so they’re definitely available. That’s why it’s such a mystery to me that I hadn’t seen it sooner. This is as drool-worthy as it gets.
