Jimmy Kimmel is known for pulling pranks and treating viewers to hilarious bits from time to time, but I think this one just may take the cake.

He and his cousin Sal set up a fake sonogram appointment for their pregnant cousin Micki. Micki was in on the bit, the good sport she is, but her mother (Jimmy and Sal’s Aunt Chippy) was not. Aunt Chippy had never seen a sonogram before, so Jimmy had his graphics department come up with “creative” images to give her the most incredible sonogram of all time.
