Giedie Laroco may be young, but her voice is beyond her years. The 13-year-old auditioned for The Voice Kids Philippines in the summer of last year, and quickly became an internet sensation when the footage hit the web. The teenager chose to sing “Power of Love,” originally recorded by Jennifer Rush, but later popularized by Celine Dion in the United States. Giedie’s rendition did not disappoint, as judge Sarah Geronimo instantly spun in her chair to see who the powerful voice belonged to. It wasn’t long before the other two judges, Lea Salonga and Bamboo Manalac, made the turn as well.

Were you as impressed as the judges were? Personally, I thought Giedie really nailed her audition, and I couldn’t believe that she was just 13 years young. I think she’s destined for a singing career – do you? Let us know your thoughts on this audition by commenting below. If you enjoyed the video, be sure to share it on Facebook!
